How to be Happy

Happiness starts with patience. You must practice it every day. You'll start to respect your surroundings and feel calmer inside yourself. Be happy with what you've got and if you've got very little believe in yourself and dream big. You'll see that your time will come.
Keep calm, and if you feel like blowing up just don't. Happiness will not come from expressing anger but from a sense of wellbeing, resolution and drive.
To be happy it requires willpower. I would say that every change you make in your life needs you to really WANT what you're asking for.

So what can you do to become happy in yourself?
Smile every day, smile even though you might not want to. One day you'll wake up smiling. This is a habit that by practice will fulfill itself to become real happy emotions.
Be compassionate. Feel for others. Express your gratitude and give a little more than you're recieving.
To be completely happy is a long journey but if you start today you'll notice the difference in your life within weeks. People will approach you in a more respectful manner, you'll get further in your goals and you will feel that life simply becomes simple.
